Excellent service and communication, received quote over the phone, arrived on time, replaced the broken sliding door glass on the spot, cleaned all broken glass, adjusted the sliding door run perfectly. Professional contractor highly recommended. Thank you.
Outstanding service. Roger came when promised and measured. Glass was tinted and had to be ordered. He was back two days later as promised and completed the job. He was very personable and professional.
I liked that they responded very fast. I did not like that they could not offer me other services that I wanted and I ended up obligated to accept what they offered.
I received a prompt response to my text for a quote. I was able to set up service for the next day and the issue was fixed quickly at the quoted price.
I first called Randall on a Saturday morning. He gave me some excellent advice on securing the shattered pane, and scheduled to meet me at my home on the following Monday for an estimate. Randall communicated with me via text and phone, arriving as scheduled. He estimated that the glass would take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Three weeks later, he called me to set up an installation appointment. Again, great communication and on-time arrival. The installation went quickly and smoothly. I certainly would recommend him to family and friends.
Randal and Raymond have replaced multiple windows in my home and have always done a wonderful job. They stand behind their work. Price is competitive. Work is exceptional. You can not go wrong with this company.
Wanted to remove a wood panel with an A/C unit, and replace with glass, so that the whole enclosure would have all glass. The technician that came out did an excellent job, and I am happy with the results. It got off to a slow start and I had to make a lot of calls and be very persistent to get the job to completion over a period of four weeks. The actual job required only two days.
We had a baseball "incident" and a ball shattered our second story window. My husband contacted EGS and we decided to wait the weekend as it wasn't truly an "emergency." We had a few estimates. One company even came and said they didn't have a ladder to do it (they are in the WRONG business!). In any event, we got a quote and we were told that a technician would be out the same day and they gave us a two hour window. The technician called 30 minutes before coming, arrived about 30 minutes into the window, and began doing the work. He was pleasant, friendly, and did a great job. The window has an arch to it and he cut it right the first time. He sealed everything up and cleaned up and you'd never know he was even here. Everything is as good as new. We will definitely use them again -- but let's not hope it's for a baseball incident!
i arrived home to find out two windows had been broken by a golf ball. I live on a golf course and unfortunately this is not uncommon. I called Emergency Glass about 11 AM, got the VM and they got back to me in 15 mins. I explained the issue, measurement, type of window and he estimated 250. I accepted the estimate and he said he would send someone in the afternoon. Around 3 I got the call from the technician that he was coming and it took him 15 minutes to get here. He measured, took the broken glass out, installed the new ones and this took about two hours, the original glass was kinda glued to the pane and it took a long time to take out, the installation was fast though. At the end he presented the invoice for 250 dollars and I paid. Very satisfied with the service.
The master-builder of human happines no one rejects, dislikes avoids pleasure itself, because it is very pursue pleasure.
TIt went well! They took the old frame both top and bottom and the left and right rails. reinstalled, caulked and put sliding glass units back in place. it looks and functions well! We were not sure if we would even be able to reuse the doors over after demolition to old tile in bathroom. Much less expensive to reuse old doors than to buy new. So great job! to Emergency Glass Service.
My house was under contract with close date a week away. I had a quote from another company for 1000.00 ! and they were nice enough to reduce it to 695! for one window. If I had the name i would provide it. I looked on Angies list for another company read the reviews and found Emergency Glass. Randall answered the phone late, made me slow down my rant, and made sure he knew my name. I told him my dilemma, and said no problem. Estimate was given the next morning for 329.00 , and fixed a on the 26ht, two days before closing, as promised. I live in Colorado, the tech called to check in, with estimate, and sent pictures of completed window when he was finished. Overall Randall gave me hope for the small contractor. Professional, courteous, and Prompt. Thanks Randall
Randal at EGS was able to provide an accurate estimate over the phone when I provided the measurements of the windowpane that needed replaced. Jim came to replace the glass, he was on time and courteous. EGS made this window an easy fix.
These were very difficult, unusual windows and Emergency Glass Service did a fantastic job replacing them. Very professional and fairly priced. I can highly recommend Randall and his team!
Emergency Glass Services is who you need to call when you need worry-free glass services done. No doubt about it. We called Emergency Glass Services during the aftermath of coming into our house after it was burglarized - the thief had smashed a large glass window to gain access to our home. As some of you might know, when you are in this situation, you just want to get your house back to normal and get things fixed. After calling a couple of companies and having them tell me they could't come until the next day or later, we found Emergency Glass Services' number and talked to Randall. We asked for their emergency service and Randall was here within hours of my call. He not only fixed the glass, but also helped clean up most of the shattered pieces. He is very friendly and so professional - I couldn't have asked for a better company to help us regain our 'normal'. If you need glass repair services, don't even bother calling somebody else. Really!
