We had a baseball "incident" and a ball shattered our second story window. My husband contacted EGS and we decided to wait the weekend as it wasn't truly an "emergency." We had a few estimates. One company even came and said they didn't have a ladder to do it (they are in the WRONG business!). In any event, we got a quote and we were told that a technician would be out the same day and they gave us a two hour window. The technician called 30 minutes before coming, arrived about 30 minutes into the window, and began doing the work. He was pleasant, friendly, and did a great job. The window has an arch to it and he cut it right the first time. He sealed everything up and cleaned up and you'd never know he was even here. Everything is as good as new. We will definitely use them again -- but let's not hope it's for a baseball incident!
My house was under contract with close date a week away. I had a quote from another company for 1000.00 ! and they were nice enough to reduce it to 695! for one window. If I had the name i would provide it. I looked on Angies list for another company read the reviews and found Emergency Glass. Randall answered the phone late, made me slow down my rant, and made sure he knew my name. I told him my dilemma, and said no problem. Estimate was given the next morning for 329.00 , and fixed a on the 26ht, two days before closing, as promised. I live in Colorado, the tech called to check in, with estimate, and sent pictures of completed window when he was finished. Overall Randall gave me hope for the small contractor. Had two window panes replaced after being broken by a landscaper. Roger did awesome work and could not have been more professional. Will definitely use his services if needed in the future. Roger said the company does shower doors and based off their website it looks like they do terrific work.
When a turkey smashed through our second story window (this is a real story I promise), we called several glass/window repair shops and no one was available. One of them finally called us back and gave us an extremely high quote that was so unbelievable we couldn’t even consider it. Then, we found EGS and they were out to help in under 2 hours and for a totally reasonable price!! There was 100% chance of rain that day and the window being on the second floor, we were freaking out that we wouldn’t be able to board it up in time. No need to get boards and nail through our house- he was there and done before the rain came. Fast, excellent service, and excellent price. 10/10 Highly recommend!!! Thanks EGS!
I called Randall back in May after calling so many places that were telling it would take a few weeks to fix and one man told me $500 since it was last minute. The window pane literally was a small rectangle section. I spoke to Randall who heard the panic in my voice as I was afraid of getting kicked out or someone trying to break in. He came out the same day about 2 hours after the call as he said he would. He cleaned the broken glass and in minutes he was done fixing the window. For only $150 on short notice and that include materials, labor and tax. He was such a life saver and did not try to scam me or take advantage of my desperation. Definitely a great call and a great business man. Would always recommend him and he sticks to his word and so professional.
Cannot recommend this company enough! He was personable, quick, efficient and got the job done the day we called him. Another company wanted us to measure the window ourselves instead of just coming out and getting the job done. I will be using him again in the future!
