Wanted to remove a wood panel with an A/C unit, and replace with glass, so that the whole enclosure would have all glass. The technician that came out did an excellent job, and I am happy with the results. It got off to a slow start and I had to make a lot of calls and be very persistent to get the job to completion over a period of four weeks. The actual job required only two days.

When a turkey smashed through our second story window (this is a real story I promise), we called several glass/window repair shops and no one was available. One of them finally called us back and gave us an extremely high quote that was so unbelievable we couldn’t even consider it. Then, we found EGS and they were out to help in under 2 hours and for a totally reasonable price!! There was 100% chance of rain that day and the window being on the second floor, we were freaking out that we wouldn’t be able to board it up in time. Called this company after a break-in. Arrived one hour earlier than estimated time quoted over the phone. Volunteered to remove plywood I had in place from break-in. Replaced glass quickly, efficiently and swept up broken glass around door. Highly recommended!
