Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Emergency Glass Service. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Emergency Glass Service (Window glass, Plate glass, Laminated, Double panes ( 7/16”OA to 1”OA) Excluding spontaneously glass breaking, something that rarely happens to Tempered glass

Double panes have their own manufactures warranty

We can provide a manufacturers document detailing their own warranty against seal breakage (fog, moisture or condensation appearing inside the unit) depending on the manufacturer they will have their own 10 or 20 year warranty, it does not include labor to replace.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Emergency Glass Service will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This limited warranty does not include cost of replacement for manufactures warranty of a Double pane(s) replacement cost due to fog, moisture or condensation appearing inside the unit. Any one holding a warranty claim will be responsible for Labor to replace any Double pane(s).

What will we do to correct problems?

Emergency Glass Service will either repair or replace the Product at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Emergency Glass Service is 12 months from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 12 months from the original date of replacement or repair.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, Emergency Glass Service will not be responsible old worn-out or damaged windows.

What do you need to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact Emergency Glass Service to examine and determine the problem and offer the most appropriate solution for you. Emergency glass service must be able to examine the glass to determine the cause of damage or breakage. With no product to examine, this will result in no warranty coverage. Good photograph may provide the evidence to determine the cause of damage or breakage for warranty coverage.
